One of the most exciting teams in baseball hails from the Land of 10,000 Lakes. The Minnesota Twins are looking for a fifth playoff appearance since 2017, after going 87-75 and reaching the American League Division Series a year ago. There are no legal Minnesota sports betting options to take advantage of this excitement.
The 2024 Twins have their home opener at Target Field in Minneapolis on April 4 against the Cleveland Guardians, in a matchup of two teams that spent much of the 2023 season battling for the American League Central title.
Minnesota enters the second week of the MLB regular season with +2500 World Series odds on Caesars Sportsbook. That was 10th leaguewide as of Monday afternoon. The Twins had AL pennant odds of +1200, ranking seventh.
Target Field in Minneapolis, like all MLB parks, have themed games to draw in a wide range of MLB fans. Minnesota.Bets.com, where we bring you updates on efforts to bring legal sportsbooks and their Minnesota sports betting promo codes to the state, wanted to know more. So we used the Minnesota Twins 2024 Promotions & Events Schedule to check out the freebies this season, then we surveyed Twins fans on Reddit to see which themed nights were their favorites. We ranked the top five promotions according to votes.
Note: The survey was taken between March 22-25, 2024.

Based on this survey, Pride Day is the favorite Twins themed promotion this season.
That got the Reddit vote as the most popular theme night of the 2024 regular season for Minnesota’s lone MLB franchise, with 34%. Kids Day came in second on our list at 25%, followed by Harry Potter Night (20%), Bark at the Park (10%) and Wine, Women & Baseball Nights (6%). See the Twins MLB website for a full list of promotions throughout the season.
The Twins’ Pride Day festivities take place June 15, ahead of the team’s 1:10 p.m. first pitch against the Oakland Athletics. Kids Day is coming up fast, April 7 at 1:10 p.m. against the Guardians. Harry Potter Night is Aug. 9, when Minnesota faces the Guardians at 7:10 p.m. local time.
April 22’s Bark at the Park promo lets fans bring their four-legged canine friends to Target Field to take in a 6:40 p.m. local time contest against the Chicago White Sox. And the first of three Wine, Women & Baseball nights is May 5 at 1:10 p.m., when the Twins play the Red Sox. There are two other games with that theme: July 7 (1:10 vs. the Houston Astros) and Aug. 26 (6:40 against the Atlanta Braves).
